BBYO International
Convention
BBYO International Convention is the largest gathering of Jewish teen leaders in the world and the largest Jewish communal event in North America. Each year, more than 5,000 guests unite for a fully immersive week of leadership, community, and celebration, drawing philanthropists, executives, creators, and thought leaders. Demand for the experience is so strong that all available spots typically sell out in under 24 hours. Every year, the event is built around a new theme and visual identity, executed across every surface, space, and screen of the convention.
For a decade, I have led the environmental and print design for IC, owning the full production pipeline from initial space planning to onsite installation. That means creating the signage system for an entirely new venue each year, managing a team of designers, coordinating with print vendors, tracking nearly 1,000 individual assets per event, and ensuring every physical element of the convention reflects the year's brand from the moment attendees walk through the door.
